Just Start is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
- Usage Data: Timer session durations, focus streaks, and achievement progress are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to any server.
- Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Just Start Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which processes an anonymous app user ID.

- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts or address book data
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
- Health or fitness data
- Browsing history
- Device identifiers for advertising purposes
Data Storage
All your app data (timer history, garden progress, achievements, preferences) is stored locally on your device using the app's local storage. This data is not backed up to our servers. If you delete the app, this data will be permanently removed.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes an anonymous identifier to validate your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store: For payment processing. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- AI Features (Task Breakdown & Body Double): When you use AI-powered features such as task breakdown or body double check-ins, the task description you enter is sent to our secure server for processing. This text is used solely to generate your personalized response and is not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose. No other personal data is transmitted with these requests.
Children's Privacy
Just Start does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and does not require any personal information to use.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to share.
